According to government directives, 12-month hotels will be allowed to open safely for arrivals starting June 2020 onwards, with thorough health safety protocols that will ensure our safety during our stay.The hygiene and cleanliness protocols at the Elefsina Hotel are of great importance and we have implemented additional measures that meet the latest hygiene and cleaning guidelines, to ensure the safety of our guests and staff on a daily basis. With continuous training of our staff, we meet the new standards set by COVID-19 for our well-being from now on.People with fever or COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter.Daily cleaning and disinfection is carried out in all public areas (throughout the lobby, in the reception and in the dining areas) with increased frequency. Hand sanitizers have been installed in all public areas, in the facilities used by the hotel staff, in the shared bathrooms and in the office areas.There will be special signs in all public areas of the hotel, notifying visitors to keep their distance, wear masks and use hand sanitizers.Elevators should be used by one person at a time, or by guests who share the same room. However, for maximum security, we recommend that you use the stairs. As for the rooms, prevention, hygiene and cleanliness protocols are applied to clean rooms with special attention to surfaces and high-risk objects when touched. Strict cleaning is carried out after the departure of the visitor and before the next arrival.Regarding the operation of YK Roof Bar Restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel, guests will be able to use only the outdoor area of the restaurant, always according to the new instructions that apply to restaurants, with tables every 1,5 meters and up to 4 people in each table. We make sure to constantly ensure hygiene practices and comply with all Food Safety Policies in accordance with HACCP / ISO 22000: 2005, as well as with daily cleaning, disinfection of the kitchen and all food preparation areas, surfaces, proper cooking and food storageIn addition, the staff is checked daily in each shift, both at the entrance and at the exit of the hotel. In all areas where the Elefsina hotel team works, we have increased the frequency of cleaning & disinfection, paying special attention to all high-risk surfaces when touched, such as entrances, locker rooms, washing machines and offices.We are ready to welcome you again this summer with care and security.
